When our clients use ESWAP, we may process WhatsApp Business account information, phone number IDs, WhatsApp Business Account IDs, message templates, message delivery status, customer phone numbers, message content, message logs, webhook events, and related technical data required to send, receive, track, and manage WhatsApp business communications.

We process this data only for providing messaging services to our clients, including message delivery, delivery/read status tracking, template management, support, troubleshooting, security, compliance, and reporting. We do not sell WhatsApp message data or customer contact data.

Our clients are responsible for ensuring that they have the required consent, legal basis, and authorisation to send WhatsApp messages to their customers, students, parents, users, or other recipients. Espider Web Solutions acts as a technology service provider and processes such data on behalf of its clients.

WhatsApp messages and related events may also be processed by Meta Platforms, Inc. and its affiliates in accordance with Meta's applicable terms and policies for the WhatsApp Business Platform.
